What am I meant to do now!?

On facebook my friend told me that she'd seen someone using my profile picture under a different name and asked why I'd put a fake name. I didn't have any idea what she was talking about so she showed me when I was at hers, and someone has used my photos and is pretending to be someone else and they've got all these people that I don't know in their friend list and have pretty much all my photos that I only want my friends to be able to see. I've reported them and got a load of my friends to report the profile too but it's still there after like a week of reporting. I don't know who's been taking my photos either. I only add people that I know or that go to my school. I don't want to delete my facebook account because it's not fair that I have to stop doing something that I like because of some idiot taking my photos. Also in about october 2010 someone had talked to my friend over formspring and my friend thought it was me and asked if it was, who ever it was said yes and was flirting with him pretending to me for ages and he asked them to prove it was me and apparently I said though my facebook that it was me. It's only just starting to make sense because my facebook and email and my mums email were hacked at about that time. My mums email was my alternate email address so they must of hacked email to get into mine to get onto my facebook. He's only just found out that it wasn't me talking to him and only just stopped talking to the wanker pretending to be me. He really thought it was me and was apparently best friends with the pretend me. And now he's really upset because he told that person so much stuff, all his secrets. He went on webcam to them aswell and their excuse was always that the webcam was broke and apparently kept promising to buy a new one. But it turns out it was all one massive lie. The person has some how got photos from my mums facebook of me as a little child and showed him my baby photos to make it seem more realistic because to be honest, you wouldn't expect anyone else to have someones baby photos. He didn't know they were on facebook though because of my mums high privacy settings. So we think maybe they've hacked into one of my mums friends or something to get the photos? Why can't people just leave me alone. Who do I tell now? Should I call the police? :/
