Would a person have SID if they were diagnosed with OCD?

I have Autism, and sensory integration disorder came along with it. I jolt back even from the slightest touch from something I don't know or expect. Earlier I patted my older brothers head as a joke, and he proceeded to get angered and say he has sensory issues. He has recently been diagnosed with OCD, but I'm doubting he has sensory SID too. Would he, or would he not?
