Would this dress be good for a piano recital?

Aww, that's a beautiful dress and I think it would be very appropriate :) Makeup is hard to say when I don't know your eye/skin color, but pearly brown eyeliner and nude lip is flattering on just about anyone and would very pretty with that dress. As for hair...I would probably do a low updo.
