The mileage is too high to pay $17k for and it may be called a certified pre owned vehicle but that is not the same as a factory certified vehicle. A factory certified vehicle must be less than 5 years old, have less than 50k miles on it,pass a thorough inspection and be sold by a new car dealer who handles that make. Factory certified vehicles have the factory warranty extended up to100k miles. You should be able to find a good low mileage late model pickup for that price. keep looking.
