Am i asking too much for my car?

Im trying to sell my 1995 BMW 525i. Im currently selling it for $3700 and it blue books at around 4100. Its between fair and good due to rust and a few minor things that need to be replaced, It has no mechanical issues. It has 125400 miles on it with traction control a six disc cd changer and the premium package and premium wheels. Is this too much? Should I ask for less?
