My 2007 chrysler 300 is acting weird...help please?

Ok this is second time this has happened...when i start car my gauges dont respond but my everything else is good then after a few seconds gauges kick on and air bag light, traction light and esp lights come on and a/c, radio, signals, wipers all stop working help me out here?
