Old motorcycle tyres?

I don't know where the 19.54 size came from, but I suspect it is just a 19 inch rim size which is a common motorcycle front tire size. If you don't care about having matching tires you could probably visit a motorcycle shop and see if they have a few used tires laying around that you could probably get for free or cheap.
