TRAIN vs TANK!! who wins this face-off?

This has actually happened, during WW2 at the Desert Training Center in eastern Imperial County,CA. An M-3 tank from Pattons training center was crossing the tracks and was hit by a Santa Fe passenger train. The engine and two of the cars were derailed and the tank was flipped over killing one of the crew and injuring three others. So a 30 ton tank can cause a lot of damage to a 200 ton train, but it will not survive the crash.
