I have a tangkini i need to know how to make a cut cover for it out of my clothing?

we are going to the dells i have a blue tangkini the shorts are plane blue with blue strings on the sids that have brown beads at the end the top is plaid with the colors blue black gray white blue being the mane color it cant look slut like and we are going Saturday p.s the top is a tie around the neck
