Which tire is best for my mountain bike?

i have been looking for a suitable tire to accommodate my new mountain bike. i ride in aggressive terrain that constantly changes. i need a tire that can ride through streams, fly down steep hills, grip loose rocks, and provide a lot of traction. i have done some research and i have found that i will need downhill/mountain style tires. i have narrowed it down to three choices. The Kenda Nevegal, the Maxxis Ardent, and the WTB Wolverine 2.2 . please take into consideration that at some time i may ride on a road/hardpack trail and that is why i chose these adaptable tires. please answer to ur best ability. thanks in advance.
